In 2004, the municipal administration reviewed its network infrastructure in order to optimize the functioning of municipal services. It also invested in the long-term management of its inventory by sharing all material resources with different local actors, notably the CPAS (Public Center for Social Welfare), le home, the ALE, the Social Cohesion Plan, etc.

Thus, in 2004, new network wiring was carried out for the municipal administration, the CPAS, le home, the ALE, the Social Cohesion Plan, and the technical projects department.
These buildings were linked by fiber optics (except for technical projects) in order to share all resources. In this way, there is no longer a single telephone center for the group of buildings. Application servers are held in common for the different departments and all of them have been regrouped in a dedicated, air-conditioned computer room.

The information technology department thus carries out the management of the network, the telephone system, printers, and other network components.
