CONTENTS OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PERMIT FOR CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS OF LIMITED IMPACT

As a general rule, any application includes at least –a request or a declaration, -a location on the land registry, -photos, -a description. Other documents listed below may be requested according to the size of your request. The department is at your disposal by phone at 071/559278 or by e-mail at robert.gillard@erquelinnes.be to establish what the exact composition of your file should be. Notice! A prior visit to the urban planning office is sometimes necessary. TWO COPIES of all documents must be provided. The municipal fee is set at10 € and may be paid only by transfer into the administration’s account. However, documents not provided during filing that must subsequently be reproduced by our services will incur an immediate charge of 0.10 € per black-and-white sheet of A4 paper and 0.20 € per color sheet of A4 paper. In all cases, payment must be made before the application is processed. The waiting period for a response is set at 30 calendar days, not including the inspection period (+15 days) or the period for giving notice (+30 days).

APPLICATION FOR AN URBAN PLANNING PERMIT (PDF - 64 ko)  (*),

EXTRACT OF THE LAND REGISTRY MAP DATING LESS THAN A YEAR (**),
A photo report of the anticipated construction site and the neighboring buildings, with an indication of the different places on the land registry map or the layout plan;
The locations BEFORE and AFTER the construction in terms of:
the type(s) and the color(s) of the material,
dimensions (length, width, height, thickness, and decline in relationship to the plot boundaries, etc.)
-at a scale of at least one centimeter to one meter:
AN OUTLINE SKETCH that should include the destination and the dimensions of the premises;
A MAP OF ALL SIDES that must include the nature and the color of the materials and the dimensions.
- at a scale of at least one centimeter to five meters:
A LAYOUT MAP containing the orientation, the lot boundaries, the layout of contiguous constructions and the names of neighboring owners, indication of the windows facing the applicant’s lot boundaries, the proposed layout of the project, the land registry number, the type of lawn enclosure;
A STATISTICAL QUESTIONAIRE (*),
AN ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT NOTICE (*),
THE TEMPERATURE COEFFICIENT CALCULATION FORM (*),
A three-dimensional view and a list of owners located within a 50-meter radius of the construction (**),
